What happens next

An engineering answer, not a price list.

Your drawing is read by the engineer who will run the job. The reply states the price, the lead time, and — where we can see one — a cheaper way to make the part.

  • NDA signed before you send anything
  • Drawings never leave the engineering team
  • We say what we cannot hold, in writing
  • Reply within one working day

Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:30–18:00 China time (GMT+8). The number reaches an engineer who works on the parts, not a call centre — if it is outside hours, email the drawing and it gets a reply the next working morning.

Send the form, or email the drawing directly to sales@yhpmachining.com. Nothing on this page is sent to a third party.

    Before you send

    What makes a quotation fast.

What to put in the first email

Drawing or STEP file, material and grade, quantity, and the date you need the parts. If you have a target price, say so — it changes which process we recommend.

    What we will ask you

Usually one or two questions: which feature is functional, whether the surface finish is cosmetic or sealing, and whether the quantity is a one-off or an annual requirement. These change the price more than the material does.

    NDA and confidentiality

We will sign yours before you send anything. Drawings stay with the engineering team and are not shared with the customers whose parts we also make.

    Payment and shipping

Terms are confirmed in the quotation. Shipments are prepared for the destination, with the documents the destination actually requires rather than a generic export set.

    Lead times

What to expect once the order is placed.

    WorkTypical lead timeWhat moves it
Quotation1 working dayA complete drawing; missing data adds a round trip
Prototype, 1–10 pieces5–8 working daysMaterial in stock, and whether a fixture has to be made
Repeat batch10–15 working daysThe program and fixture already exist, so the run starts sooner
Parts needing heat treatmentAdd 5–7 working daysThe treatment partner's schedule, not ours
New injection mould4–8 weeksCavity count, slides and the surface finish
Repeat moulding run7–10 working daysResin availability and colour change

Dates are committed per order, not per website. The table shows what we normally achieve. The quotation states the date we will hold ourselves to, and we would rather commit to a later date and keep it.

    On the bench

    What the drawing turns into.
